Your Account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or operate your Account on your behalf. All bets and transactions placed through your Account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized them.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. hot57 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts as specified in any applicable notice sent to the registered email address before the fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed.

All deposits to your hot57 Account must be made using an approved payment method in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hot57 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah) unless a specific game lobby or promotion specifies a different minimum. Maximum deposit limits per transaction are set by the chosen payment method and displayed at the time of deposit.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of credit cards, credit facilities, or funds belonging to any third party is strictly prohibited. Funds deposited through payment accounts not registered in your own name may be rejected and returned.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Balance within thirty (30) minutes, please contact the hot57 support team via live chat, providing your transaction reference number.
hot57 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. If funds have been debited from your payment account but not credited to your hot57 Balance, contact support with evidence of the debit transaction and hot57 will investigate within one business day.
Withdrawals of Real Money Funds from your hot57 Account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible. hot57 reserves the right to request alternative payment details where a reversal to the original method is not possible.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). There is no upper limit on withdrawal amounts for verified accounts, subject to any limits imposed by your chosen payment method.
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.

hot57 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail for that promotion only.
Each bonus carries a Wagering Requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x"). This means that the qualifying bonus amount (or the deposit-plus-bonus amount where specified) must be wagered that number of times across eligible games before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
hot57 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, using Bonus Funds in a manner that constitutes low-risk hedging (e.g., betting on both outcomes of a game to guarantee progression through wagering requirements), and any form of collusion or coordination with other Members to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
All games and sports betting markets available on the hot57 Platform are governed by the specific rules published within each game or market. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules applicable to any game or market before placing a wager.
All casino games available on hot57 — including slots, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), crash games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw markets — use independently certified random number generator (RNG) systems or live dealer equipment subject to third-party audit by the respective game studio. Verified RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available from the game's information panel within the Platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding a result, hot57's decision — after reviewing available official sources — is final. Togel draw results are settled according to the official draw results published by the relevant draw operator integrated into the Platform.
hot57 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error (including manifestly incorrect odds) or where the outcome of an event has been manipulated. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's Account.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome, hot57 will review the relevant game logs and settle the affected round in accordance with the outcome recorded in our servers at the time of the malfunction. If no valid outcome can be determined, the stake will be returned. Hot57 is not liable for any malfunction caused by the Member's own device or internet connection.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hot57 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviors listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all closure-for-breach scenarios.
Where a Member requests voluntary Account closure, all Real Money Funds will be returned via the registered payment method within seven (7) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding disputes.
